Alzheimer’s Foundation of America’s National Concepts in Care Conference, a free educational conference about Alzheimer’s disease for family caregivers, healthcare professionals and individuals with dementia. Includes keynote presentation by Joy Bauer, health and nutrition contributor for the “Today” show, top experts, an exhibit hall, Spanish-language presentations, and free respite care for individuals with dementia. Conference will also feature a display of the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America Quilt to Remember, the nation’s first grand-scale quilt that pays tribute to those affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
